If approved for a credit line with N.C. Hunt, Inc. it is agreed and understood that terms of sale shall be Net 30 days from date of invoice with discounts allowed only if such invoices are paid by the due date. It is further understood that any balances on this account remaining unpaid for a period of 30 days shall incur a service charge on 1.5% per month (expressed as an annual percentage rate, the charge is 18%), or the highest legal interest rate permitted to be charged according to applicable statutes. It is further agreed that if said account is turned over for collection, reasonable attorney’s fees and/or costs of collection shall be added to the unpaid balance, whether or not legal action is instituted. It is also understood that by signing below, you are giving NC Hunt permission to obtain a Credit Report for both personal and or business applicants. Please note that all applicant information will be kept strictly confidential.
